Message	Yes, I've verified the timing is 15 BTDC. Spot on. Maybe the CAS though that seems unlikely giving the timing is spot on. Sluggish VTC is a possibility but how do I best check that out? Yes, I've checked fuel pressure. Spot on. I believe the timing belt has been replaced. It could be it's been installed wrong. Seems painful to check that out but I'm getting there... What are some failure symptoms of the PTU? Thanks again for trying to help me out.
